Learning how to make Chung cake makes me miss my lovely and warm-heart Mommy very much. She makes not only Chung cake but also many others like Ran cake, Dom cake, Quay cakes and Mi (bread) for living and especially for raising my very big family including my Papa and my 4 brothers and sister. We all have been grown up by eating these cakes made by her youth and big love. The traditional and unique technique she uses was developed by my Grandpapa, her big Papa of course. Now I found that the one in the video is quite the same. I wish I could learn and make our family-Chung-cake-developed technique last long forever.
